It’s Movie Monday!
Last week the video below went viral! “Viral” seems to be a keyword of 2012 marketing initiatives – and for good reason. With the inclusion and widespread use of social media tools, it’s easier than ever to share content with an audience.
People are beginning to realize, videos that “go viral” tell amazing stories.
This story does just that. It’s the story of an industrious, ingenious 11-year-old that built a cardboard arcade. You know how they say, “build it, and they will come?” Never more true – thanks to a genuine filmmaker that shared this little gem.
Oh, and beyond illustrating how to tell a magnificent story, this video also points out key marketing tools available online. Notice the marketers’ use of Facebook, Reddit, and Vimeo!
